First summit hosts can now search the VSS Database of summit speakers and request their participation on their summit. Second, it allows hosts to make their summits visible for speakers to find, and apply to speak.

Every speaker is now able to create a speaker profile, listing their qualifications, preferred speaking topics, create a speaker video, and even list their summit experience. This allows hosts to determine the perfect speaker for their summits. Additionally summit hosts can create a simple & easy application form for speakers to fill out. Then as the applications come in, hosts can simply approve the speaker, which is then automatically added into the hosts summit, or deny the speaker and they will be removed.

Get a simple overview of the speaker and who they are.
Click to view the entire speaker profile for more details about the speakers expertise.
Invite the speaker to participate in your summit.

Send Speaker Invites

Speakers create a profile and can choose to receive speaker requests from hosts.
Hosts find a speaker they want to invite.
The host send the speakers an invitation request to participate on your summit
Speaker's receive an email request to participate in the summit.
Speakers can choose to accept or deny the invitation.
When they accept they receive a notification AND the speaker is automatically placed into the hosts summit as a speaker.

Let Speakers Apply To Your Summit.

Set your summit to "Accept Speaker Applications" to allow speakers to apply for your summit. (or choose not to list your summit for applications)
Your summit is then listed in the VSS Marketplace as available for speakers to apply.
You have the final choice in accepting or denying those applications.

Create Application Questions

Create an application for your summit. This is done on the summit level.
Create questions you want your speakers to answer.
Questions can be single/multiple choice, short answer, or long answer and can include links, phone numbers, emails, and much more.
Then drag & drop your questions in the order you wan them answered.
When the speaker applies, they will answer the questions and you can see all the answers before accepting or denying the speakers application.

Speaker Profile

Speakers can create a professional speaker profile for summit hosts to view.
These profiles are available for hosts to view, and can also be shared publicly for anyone to view.
The speaker profile includes the speaker name, title, biography, any experience they have, and any topics that they are available to discuss.
They can include a short speaker highlight reel.
The speaker can also include any previous summits they've participated in to show their experience.
